These meditations are based upon Traditional Chinese Medicine philosophy. The techniques have been used for literally thousands of years to create greater balance and healing within the patient. The meditations are easy to follow and enjoy even if you find yourself falling asleep, which is very common. 

The most common question I get asked is what time of day is best for practice. Although the meditations can be used effectively at any time we do have some times which are traditionally seen as more beneficial depending on which meditation you are doing.
