Qi Gong

Qi Gong

Here you'll find a number of easy to follow videos that will act as an introduction to Qi Gong. The instructor is Jeffrey Chand, an acupuncturist and Qi Gong practitioner. Although he now lives in BC he is originally from Edmonton.

Zhuan Zhuang

Within Qi Gong circles one of the most revered forms is called Zhuan Zhuang. This can be translated as stand like a post or stand like a tree. These videos are presented by Master Lam Kam Chuen, an authority and lineage holder in this style. Master Chuen also has a number of books on the subject

Hun Yuan Qi Gong

This is one of the Qi Gong forms I teach, here you will find notes to help you with your home practice. To really learn this form either private instruction or a group class is ideallyrecommended.

WuJi Gong

WuJi Gong or Primordial Qi Gong is the second form I teach. The outer physical movements can often appear like a Tai Chi form to the beginners eye. This is a wonderful form of Qi Gong but does challenge us to move more deeply into the theory.
