Hun Yuan He Dao : Wu Ji Standing Meditation
Physical: Stand in the Wuji position and then raise the hands as if holding a beach call in front of the chest. Relax into this posture allowing the body to relax into the ground, remember to keep the shoulders relaxed and the elbows slightly pointing down.
Energetic: Breath to the Dan Tian and feel the body, relax into the body. See if you can feel the ball in your arms while also making sure your feet are connected to the Earth and the top of your head feels as if heaven is gently pulling you upwards.
Breathing: Relax and breath to the Dan Tian
